Year 14 Summer

After the reception that looked a lot like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7KOvzLSFKI , Stefano was dead. Jamie thought she her baby (the child of rape from Aitor) had died, but Georgina pulled a baby switch, and Jamie's baby went off to who knows where, only to come back at a time when the show is out of story ideas.

Angelo was left in a coma after being shot in the head. Sarah dealt with her husband being in the coma and fought her feelings for her back-from-the-dead husband, Lenny.

Lenny and Melanie officially rekindled their romance from nearly ten years ago (!) after Melanie caught Will sleeping with Imma. Imma and Will decided to keep it a one night thing. Will and Matt bought a record company and signed Melanie and Guille.

Ashley went to the States after Matt gave her control of the family's American holdings. Of course, she went vowing revenge.

After more shooters went after Sergio and Serena, they went to Valencia for the summer to hide. Serena confessed to her plan to sleep with Stefano to free Sergio from the mafia, and Serio realised how much she loved him and forgave her. Sergio offered Serena his hand in marriage so she could get a better job, but she turned him down, saying she wasn't ready for marriage. The two stayed in hiding.

The original owner of Tomás and Angelo's bar, Isaac, returned from his three-year-long trip around the globe with very new-age thoughts and beliefs. As Will began to realise how incredible and precious life was after his bout with cancel, he and Isaac struck up a friendship. Isaac encouraged him to have fun as he looked for someone he loved as much as he loved Dawn.

Isaac also was sleeping with Tomás and Angelo's mother, Isabel, who was dealing with the grief of her eldest child in a coma.

Dawn and Cesc embarked on a month-long honeymoon in Greece. When they returned, Billy found out about the possible move to Barcelona, and they decided to stay in Madrid. Dawn's hatred of Imma began to grow, and Cesc promised her he would have no more contact with her.

Jessica ended her relationship with Iñaki (twin brother of the now deceased Alex) after her work mandated her to get closer to a new suspect with connections to Aitor. Iñaki went to San Sebastián and found Jamie, who was recovering after the "stillborn" and rape with her mothers. Jamie began to fall for Iñaki as she finally began to believe she had changed and was worthy of love.

Jimmy decided to move back to the States, after one night with Brianna, which they vowed to keep secret from Brianna's boyfriend Matt.

Jordi arrived to Madrid as a friend of Marcos, Sergio and Imma from a long-forgotten summer in Valencia (2005). A secret separated him from Marcos and Sergio. He began seeing Jessica, not knowing that Jessica was investigating him.

It was also revealed that Isaac was Sergio's brother.

Victor, who was sleeping with Marcos in a non-romantic way, began taking Spanish lessons from Guille. He began manipulating Guille into seeing more of Tomás so it would create a rift between Tomás and Sherman. Guille was excited about his wife's pregnancy.

Rachel was kidnapped and held hostage by someone who was never quite seen on-screen. Elton was then "hired" against his will as a doctor to take medicine and help cure a hidden patient. The two dealt with their relationship issues as a result of stockholm syndrome. Elton was allowed access to his hospital but had on a bug that if removed would result in Rachel's immediate death. They plotted her escape. Marcie noticed Elton's distance as she continued to see Imma the psychiatrist for help.

Sarah, Isabel and Tomás met to discuss whether they should leave Angelo on life support. His biological father from Italia showed up and tried to voice his opinion, but they didn't listen. They eventually decided to remove him from life support. However, he continued breathing on his own.

Georgia took over Jamie's inheritance of Stefano's mafia holdings and then slept with Angelo's biological father, the Italian mobster, and then killed him for revenge of what he had done to her sister Kathyrn when he was seeing their mother. She then took over his mob.

And for the Labour Day Surprise episode!

Georgia paid a visit to Sergio and Serena, demanding money in exchange for Sergio's freedom from the mafia or Serena would be killed.

Dawn and Cesc basked in the glow of their love as they started to plan for the future. Cesc was worried his connections to Aitor would eventually come back to haunt him.

Jamie told Iñaki she loved him, and he returned the favour. Jamie asked if she could stay in Donostia-San Sebastián permanently with him, and he said yes.

Jessica and Jordi ended up hitting the sheets. Later, Jordi ran into his old friend Marcos.

Melanie was aghast when Lenny introduced himself to Monica, their daughter they had together, as her father. She ended up ending their relationship. Melanie later went to talk to Will and ended up in bed with him again.

Imma, looking at her finances, realised how desperately she needed money and remembered her night with Will. She then caressed her stomach, saying "my ticket to salvation" as she called Will, leaving a message saying that they needed to talk.

Victor was revealed to be taking cocaine again as he plotted to win Sherman back.

Brianna experienced morning sickness and realised she was pregnant, and it could be Jimmy's child. She decided to keep her indiscretion from Matt, who was keeping all his indiscretions with Georgia secret from Brianna. (Oh dear. Is it November yet? This can only implode.)

Rachel hit the guard over the head with something and she and Elton made their escape, only to run into their captor, a much alive Stefano.

Guille showed up at Tomás' flat to tell him that he thought he might be gay and was struggling with accepting it. He then kissed Tomás just as Sherman's car pulled into the parking lot/car park beside Guille's car. He passed Guille's car as Guille's phone rang...it was Marcie from the hospital, calling to say their had been an accident, his wife had lost the baby and was probably going to die herself soon.

Sarah and Lenny were at the hospital, outside Angelo's room discussing everything and bonding, as they had done so often over the summer. Suddenly, Lenny decided to kiss her, and she kissed back. As they went home to hit the sheets, Angelo opened his eyes.

"Sarah."

Year 14 Part 1

Kathyrn confessed to killing Aitor and went to prison. Sarah convinced herself that she had seen Lenny's ghost and continued life as normal with Angelo. Lenny was later revealed to be Rachel's ex-boyfriend, the one whose breakup destroyed her. Lenny visited her in rehab, and he explained that he had had amnesia, and when he remembered everything from his past life, he freaked out and left her. Rachel successfully completed rehab and broke up with Elton, hoping to reconcile with Lenny. Lenny saw Sarah again and explained that Barbara had saved him from the accident and rehabiliated him, changing his memory. Later, Angelo and Sarah fought when he found out that she had been keeping the fact that Lenny was alive from him. Serena and Sergio became engaged to become engaged, realising that they were very young and marriage would be a mistake. When Sergio suffered a knee injury that caused him to give up his career as a footballer, he began working for Stefano in the mob. Iñaki and Jessica lived through the shots. Jessica asked him to stop seeing Jamie, and he obliged. Jamie wanted to have an abortion, but she was at a high risk due to ovary problems, so she had to go through with the pregnancy of Aitor's baby, a child of rape. Stefano agreed to raise it as his own, not telling anyone whose it really was. Lucas and Marcos had a wild night in which they woke up the next morning with rings on their fingers. They moved in together and started living as a married couple, but they constantly fought. After a strong argument, Marcos revealed that they weren't legally married. A devastated Lucas returned to the States to fulfill requirements of his grandmother's will to receive all the money. Will's family and friends gathered around him after he admitted he had a brain tumor. His sons all shaved their heads to support his chemo. Melanie struggled being in a new relationship and caring for someone with cancer while trying to help her daughter recover from the sexual abuse the year before, and she began seeing the new therapist, Aitor's ex and mother of his oldest child, Imma. Dawn was more worried than she let on to Will, and she buried herself into her wedding preparation for Cesc. Dawn said she would think about a possible move to Barcelona for Cesc's company. Cesc began to feel pressured to take over Aitor's shoes. Melanie was shocked to learn her ex (and Monica's birth father) Lenny was alive, and the two started to rekindle the spark, despite Melanie's feelings of obligation toward Will. Rachel and Elton broke up then got back together when Rachel realised she wouldn't win Lenny back. Marcie began to show an interest in Elton. Angelo and Tomás negotiated for the return for their mother, Stefano freeing her with his mob connections. Angelo said he wanted nothing to do with his half brother or the mob. Tomás and Sherman explored threesomes and realised that they only wanted each other, and they became engaged again. Tomás fought an attraction to the straight teacher he was student teaching for, Guille. Guille later found out he was gay, and although he was supportive, the school was concerned and scheduled a meeting to discuss how they would proceed. Matt returned to help his brother Will with the company, and it was revealed that he knew where Ashley was but didn't want her taking over his role and he allowed her to continue with the Moroccan slaves. Matt was excited to see his ex, Brianna, who gave birth to a healthy baby boy that Jimmy said he would help raise. Brianna named the boy Colin, after his late father. Jimmy and Matt also both became involved with Kathyrn's sister, Georgia. Georgia kidnapped baby Colin and arranged it for Matt to come to the rescue, and Matt and Brianna reunited. Georgia continued sleeping with Jimmy, who was working security and wanted to return to being a policeman. Georgia held this information over Matt's head. At Dawn's bachelorette's party, she drank too much and went off on everyone. Serena offered herself to Stefano in exchange for Sergio's freedom. He agreed, and they made plans for after the wedding. The chemo had worked with Will's brain tumour. The wedding day arrived. Victor returned for the celebrations, and maid-of-honour Melanie was happy to see her brother. Sherman and Tomás were worried what his return might mean for their relationship. Victor revealed that he had slept with Marcos a few months ago, and the two still had sparks. Ashley was another surpise guest, dressing in black and hiding until the reception. She tried to win Jimmy back and failed, and she was more than a bit pissed at Matt, vowing revenge. A third surprise guest was Iñaki, who people had heard about Alex's twin but hadn't met him. He was received cordially thanks to hsi relationship with Jessica, and he artfully avoided a very pregnant Jamie. A fourth surprise guest was new wiccan Barb, who was arrested by Jessica. Dawn remembered her past loves before the wedding (a different Matt, Jared, Nick, James, Will, Angelo and Cesc. The wedding went off smoothly, but the reception was a different story. Stefano kept harassing Serena during the wedding as Serena tried to come up with an excuse to tell Sergio where she was going that evening. Angelo and Sarah were actually happy together, a rarity on soaps, although Angelo was worried about Lenny, who kissed Melanie, in front of Will and Rachel. Rachel then saw Marcie and Elton slow dance. Serena caught the bouquet. Uh oh. Dawn overheard Cesc and Imma talking, saying that "I'll never tell Dawn I lost my virginity to you. I don't want her to get jealous." (which makes NO SENSE that two catalanes would be speaking in English and NOT CATALÁN lazy writers...or does Dawn understand catalán?) She ran off. Brianna almost heard Georgia and Matt discuss the staged kidnapping, which Matt has been against but went along with it since Georgia did it on her own. Everyone gathered for the toast.
